Executive Pastor—Pastor Ned Floeter

 

Ned Floeter was born and raised on a farm near Lansing Michigan in 1961. After graduating high school in 1980 he subsequently entered the United States Air Force. Ned was selected for the prestigious and elite Survival Evasion Resistance Escape (SERE) Instructor Training program and served in the USAF Survival career field for 20 years.

Pastor Steve Schroeder — Youth Pastor

 

I remember that day in 9th grade when I said enough! No more worrying about being popular, having a girlfriend, and all the other stressful teenage stuff. I said yes to God being my focus and priority, and never looked back. My own youth pastor was key in my learning to love God. His name was Swede Otten. Not your typical “youth Pastor”. He was 60 years old, wasn’t flashy or in style, but he deeply loved me and all the other teens unconditionally. He would always speak the Truth and had this amazing tough love for us. His impact on my life was eternal. I want to be just like Swede, because he was a real Christian in his actions and his words. Well, here I am today: Married, 5 kids of my own (Ages 21,19,17,15 and 10) and loving being a youth pastor. The opportunity to give my time and life to help others meet God and love him deeply, is a privilege I cherish every day.

Becki Rutledge — Children’s Ministry

 

Becki is the most recent addition to our staff.  She brings a wealth of experience and wisdom to our children’s ministry. She treats every child as a gift from God and knows how to impress His love upon them.  Her teaching style is top-notch and her management of the many kids programs, trips, and events is untiring.  She is married to Randy and has three beautiful children.  She loves God and is dedicated to teaching his smallest sheep and bringing them into the fold.

Gena Kemp Sadler - Church Administrator

 

I was saved when I was about 8 years old, but then strayed from God for many years, to the point of denying even His existence. But then, 20 years later, God called me back to him! Come to New Hope and ask me what other wonderful things God has done for me!

active duty. While in the military Ned and his wife Tina performed a niche’ ministry for several Nazarene Districts as interim pastor support for churches in crisis and in transition. In 2000 Ned and his wife Tina were called to the Ritzville WA Church of the Nazarene as a Pastor and wife ministry team. As a bi-vocational pastor Ned served also as an executive both in the corporate contracting and federal government service career fields.

 

Ned and his wife Tina have served in a variety of community service and faith based organizations both as volunteers and also on the boards of directors of community charities. Ned and his wife have performed as a ministerial team serving in a variety of pastoral roles to include bi-vocational Pastor  and interim Pastor support to small and large churches.

 

Ned is a graduate from Whitworth University Spokane WA and has a Masters Degree in Education and a Bachelors Degree in History. He is an ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene, having completed his course of study through Northwest Nazarene University in 2005. Tina has an Associate of Arts Degree from Enterprise Ozark Community College. They have two sons Levi 27, and Westin 25. Both of their sons currently serve in the United States Army and they have both served in combat deployments.
